Request a Free Appraisal

Get started by filling out our Free Appraisal Form. An in-house specialist will review your submission and contact you if your property is suitable for an upcoming sale.

Value Assessment

If accepted, our specialists will conduct a detailed evaluation of your item(s) to provide accurate market value estimates. These estimates help align expectations and serve as a basis for insurance coverage. For larger collections, this assessment may be done through an on-site visit to your location.

Consignor Agreement

We'll provide you with a simple agreement that authorizes Miller & Miller to sell your property on your behalf. It includes an itemized list of the item(s) to be sold including estimates, reserve(s), sale date(s) and other information.

Delivery or Pickup

Once the agreement is signed, your item(s) can be delivered, shipped, or picked up by a Miller & Miller representative. Your property is fully insured from the moment it enters our gallery or vehicle.

Cataloguing & Photography

High-quality photography and accurate descriptions are paramount in today's online market. Each item is cleaned, labeled, professionally photographed, and catalogued in collaboration with our category specialists to ensure accurate and compelling descriptions that resonate with collectors.

Marketing & Promotion

We create customized marketing campaigns for each auction, using email, press, social media, video, and collector publications to reach targeted collector audiences worldwide. We also share the stories behind the items we sell — and the people we sell them for — in The Miller Times, our online magazine.

Online Auction

Catalogues open online for pre-bidding three weeks before the auction day, allowing bidders to place maximum bids and receive outbid notifications. On auction day, our live-streamed 'Simulcast' auction broadcasts in real-time, enabling bidders from around the world to watch and participate as our live auctioneers sell the items one-by-one.

Shipping & Pickup

Our in-house team professionally packs and ships all items at cost, helping buyers budget more for your item(s). We also offer on-site pickup for local buyers.

Your cheque is issued 30-45 days after the auction.
